About Me
I'm a Personal Trainer with an edge. Using the insider knowledge and experience of my professional fighting career and intensive athletic training, I will break the mold on your "average workout" and help you get real results. I will work with you to create a customized program to fit your specific needs, drawing from what I've learned in over 20 years of fighting and training.
